The Most Widely Recognised Processes
Sleek lines, uncompromising quality, versatile models, comfort and lightness have made our brand a manufacturing excellence of Made-in-Italy products.
BLAKE PROCESSING
This method is used for footwear with leather and rubber soles, and it guarantees an optimal anchoring between upper shoe, middlesole and sole.
After gluing the sole and pressing it to the upper shoe and middlesole, it is further fastened using the Blake machine, which stitches the bottom of the shoe.

STITCHED BOX PROCESSING
Used to create sneakers. After gluing the rubber sole and pressing it to the upper shoe, it is stitched to the outer hem - using a special machine - to improve its assembly. This operation improves the shoe’s seal and duration, enhancing its quality

TUBULAR PROCESSING
Typical process for loafer shoes. Rigorously made by hand, it gives the shoe its characteristic flexible and soft shape.
The upper show rotates underneath the sole forming a “leather tubular”. Then, the artisan stitches the flap to the remaining upper sole using a bradawl (special needle employed in this process) and wax wire.

GOODYEAR PROCESSING
The process par excellence, the most prestigious process employed in male footwear. In Goodyear processes, shoes are stitched twice, once to fasten the welt to the upper shoe, and then to seal the welt - which is now an integral part of the upper shoe - to the leather sole.
Thanks to its more sturdy and complex structure, the Goodyear process guarantees watertightness and resistance to the shoes over time, and enhances their classiness and elegance.
